We had a similar problem with Vodafone's complete lack of customer service. After numerous phone calls and e-mails my colleague tried one more time, got through to a helpful Scots lady, and the problem that had taken the rest of the Vodafone incompetents over a week to not sort out was fixed within a few minutes. I have bumped the previous thread which contains contact details for Vodafone's UK CEO. |
