My partner moved to '3' because Vodafone coverage was appalling at her home/office. 22 days, ages on the phone, and 4 completed Unlock Forms later, Vodafone won't unlock her iPhone because they claim her 'data' is wrong. She knows her date of birth, phone number and address! She is losing business because of Vodafone's ineptitude! Does anyone know what she can do to escalate this to someone in the UK who will resolve this? |
