I don't think Hounslow are really committed to recycling. In November 2014 my plastic recycling sack and food waste bin were removed without any apparent reason.  (Anyone else had a similar issue with Hounslow?) I have contacted LBH repeatedly and they have promised to replace them but for over a year now we have had no choice but to put all our plastics and food waste  in to general waste to go to landfill.  We have been repeatedly promised replacements but they have never arrived.  It pains me to have to put so much recyclable material in to a hole in the ground.
