| Is it worth appealing to PATAS a PCN received when parked in a suspended bay due to gas works when the gas works were already completed and the spaces unused? Unfortunately this happened just the other side of the street from my house. A sign was put up while I was out of town and I only returned the day the suspension came into effect. Without going into more detail I simply did not see it when I moved my vehicle into the bay. I have valid parking permits for the street and could have parked anywhere! The council has refused my appeal. Any advice welcome. Thanks. |
