I can't see the problem with estimated bills. If I get an estimated bill I then read the meter. If there is a small difference I do nothing. If it's different I phone automated line and submit new reading using keypad. 5 days later I get a new bill to that reading. I don't understand all these gazillions spent on manufacture install and maintenance of a fancy meter. As you say , its a gimmick for a few weeks seeing the consumption |
