Has anyone recently had works done to the exterior of their house? I have had two quotes to render the front of my Victorian terraced and make good the window ledges, apex etc. The quotes are significantly different - 25% - and the third builder has failed to provide a quote. Can anybody help with a ballpark figure of how much I should expect this type of job to cost?
