Yep, it is clunky and horrible.  I have to use it with one of my clients (or Office 365 as I think they call it) and it doesn't show tracked changes in documents, so have to send a Word doc to show tracked changes through another email client -  it takes me three times as long to do anything as on my ordinary Outlook client.  Had to google to find out how to do a bcc on Office 365
