Loraine, you can't get flu from the flu jab.The injection contains de-activated virus cells.These cells encourage your own body to create anti-bodies to fight these cells.This is what sometimes cause mild reactions to the injection.You may feel "fluey"for a couple of days, but it will soon pass |
