I would like to relate to the community the appalling customer service at the NIL Dry Cleaners and Laundry service on Chiswick High Road. They charged me 12 pounds for one laundry bag of clothes to be delivered the next day (Sunday). I go to pick the clothes up and the owner says to me that I must come pick the clothes up on Monday because HE FORGOT to bring the clothes. And then he proceeded to be very rude to me about why his service was horrible, and he wanted to give me a 1 pound discount as compensation !! NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
