I saw this on the BBC London news last night and they said there was only one property for sale at the lowest advertised price. There is so much abandoned and empty property some literally just around the corner from this location, although councils have the power I believe, to be able to purchase properties like these, I doubt they have the money, so once again rapacious developers have a field day. And once again this does nothing to help those in real need. |
