What do you use, adaptil plus zylkene?

Didn't use anything on mine and they are ok apart from some aggressive barking at the fireworks - don't blame them, the main thing is they are not terrified or gone into total and utter meltdown and distress as many dogs (and cats) do.  God knows what it does to wildlife.

Border Collies are very highly strung, most of them, part of the territory with having an extremely intelligent pet. I suspect they probably are more attuned sensually to pain and pleasure, noise, scents etc than many other dogs and that is why fireworks evenings for these dogs and a few other breeds are particularly traumatic.

My extremly excitable and very lovable JRT cross boy who has been barking all night is just calming down now, hope most of the big bangs are over for the moment..:)
