At least with Chiswick Park the fireworks are always advertised well in advance, and the display always starts on time.We live very close to the park and my dog is absolutely terrified by fireworks.Last night I had to drug him to stop him injuring himself as he has done in the past.He is still bleary eyed and unsteady on his feet this morning, but at least with properly run displays like this I can make sure he's looked after.Unlike the other night when somebody let off a barrage in the street outside.I guess we'll go through it again tonight, and Saturday, and next week.Fireworks used to be for Nov 5th.Now "Bonfire night"seems to spread over a couple of weeks, which is a pain for the pets.
