You will be aware that the site closed in July, and the community that used the facilities have been dispersed. Ealing Council have now formally agreed at Cabinet that the site will be sold, and I would expect the deal to be completed sometime next Spring. So, I imagine it will either be town houses (maybe 10?) or a block of flats (maybe 20?).
