| If you are looking for treatment for muscular back pain, take a look at cryotherapy.Five sessions last year worked wonders for me.At the time it was only available in a couple of private hospitals but I believe units are more widespread now.You stand in just your underwear in a chamber at -135º for 10 minutes.It really does releive muscle pain, and it's fun watching your breath fall as snow.I paid £25 per session and it was certainly worth it. |
