Sorry George,but apart from swinging the arms forwards and backwards in this claim walking is walking be it slow medium or fast and how far you walk a day. Or is it just that its in between walking and running. Not sure you need a trainer to walk faster while swinging your arms Try walking backwards > puts you in a good mood |
