OK...It is an online bookmaker so it may have a bearing on the answer. Yesterday i did a 7 team accumulator on the football. After they all won i noticed one had been settled in its system as a looser so all people on that match would have had bets settled as a looser. After a phone call the match was corrected and put in the system as winning. Two hours later the money was still not in my account, and on looking one other match had not been settled in the system at all. After a second phone call they settled the bet and my account was credited with £87.20 winnings. This was not correct as the bet had been settled without the last match i had been waiting on and phoning up about. After a 3rd phone call the person adjusted it manually himself and my account was credited with the correct amount which was £159.24. Today i have logged into my account and seen that the computer system had updated my bet from my original £87.20 to the correct amount which means i have been paid £72.04 twice. Since its all a bit of a shambles on being settled as a looser on one match and then settled incorrectly upon another match not being included in the bet and phone calls do i stick my 2 fingers up and say nothing as they will never know,or you lovely bookmaker can have some money back today. ?? |
