It was covered on this site a couple of weeks ago but there was precious little detail about what is actually going to be cut. I did take the time to look at the consultation document and from that you would assume that a massive increase in investment is taking place in leisure services. The reality is that it can't be as millions is coming out of the budget. As where the axe is set to fall is the only really important issue that makes the consultation meaningless. It looks to me as though library services are vulnerable but Chiswick gets a positive mention because of high usage rates so may be safe.
