| One point just to bear in mind is that if the Auctioneer has not been paid they won't be paying you out in a hurry . I am not sure who now owns High Road Auctions but it will not be difficult to find the name of the Managing Director.I think their admin is now in Twickenham? Surely the best thing to do is write him/her an old fashioned letter[best typed] and send it by Special Delivery setting out your problems and asking for a resolution within say 7 days. Letter writing is still a very effective mode of communication but is practiced by so few people nowdays. |
