| Thank you for your reply telling us about the constructive work that is being done. Chiswick High Road the last time I went down it still had some problems but did look a lot better. However you must admit that it is very irritating when for years wheelie bins were not deemed acceptable for H&S reasons and ordinary dustbins were to see the operatives taking bags out of the wheelie bins by hand and being told they can't be taken them out of ordinary dustbins. |
