I have not said that acupuncture can have no affect, clearly it may have a placebo affect for some people some times hence the UK medical regulator and NHS may permit it under certain circumstances but also say it should not be used for for others. As for the physics, given I already have a post graduate degree in the subject, that is why I know your views are complete bollocks. I highly doubt your reading list will provide me any enlightenment if that is where you have got your views from. It really is a beautiful subject, staggering and mind-blowing in its complexity and I admit to getting a tad annoyed when I see people like you spouting meaningless mumbo jumbo and fooling themselves that they have an understanding of a "worldview". As the great physicist Richard Feynman said "If you think you understand quantum mechanics, you don't understand quantum mechanics." but that isn't an excuse to use it to provide spurious scientific legitamacy to something else. |
