| How much space have you got? I have a small frontage which at the moment is used for one flowering bush in a large pot and a sometime bicycle along with the green bin and white plastics bag. That, along with a gas box, does not leave space for a bin in which in any case I will be placing one or two 20L bags maximum per fortnight. I have had a couple of conversations with people at Hounslow Council and have been told that there is no reason to exempt me and that I will get a bin etc. This is Brentford - as of the moment, all we have been told about the recycling is that it will continue as before but that there will be a £50.00 charge per annum if one wishes to take it up for garden waste. |
