| Brian, you neglected to mention all three were on stolen scooters and were caught with 10 bags of herbal Cannabis.This tends to point to the fact they were dealers, not users.Had they just been in possession of a small amount of Cannabis, they would most likely have got off with a warning but possession with intent to supply still carries a high risk of a custodial sentance.That is most probably the reason they were anxious not to be detained. |
