How many people are suffering from the side effects of drugs ( they all have them )? Drugs that haven't worked and nasty reactions? Just try a different one and hope for the best. Worse still botched surgery. Antibiotics don't work on viruses. There's a lot that's good but there's a lot that isn't and alternatives would in many cases be less harmful and far better. That's why naturopaths with a thorough knowledge of all treatments work alongside doctors in hospitals in Australia. If diagnosis and treatment is uncertain I have been told to see my GP first and having done so and discussed it with him gone back for treatment with his agreement if it doesn't need X-ray or scanning. It saves the over burdened NHS a lot of time and money. It would be a lot better if we could do it all in the same place. |
