We had one done a while back. We're in a conservation area too. Pretty sure it was just a form to fill in. You really don't need a planning consultant. Just email the planning department and I bet they send you a PDF or a link. The council do the pavement / curb work, and charge you direct. Not much from memory. We just used Oakley Landscapes for a new patio and some work on our drive. They are marshals approved, and we're very happy th quality of work. |
