Even though I'm a dog owner, I'm aware how annoying it would be to have to put up with constant barking from a neighbours dog(s) so I sympathise, but I also sympathise with the dog, as to constantly bark usually is a sign of distress from being alone for protracted periods of time, 4 hours should be the absolute maximum a dog is left alone. As Andy has pointed out some dog owners are unaware that their dog(s) are barking, so a polite note or face to face chat may sort things out. Good luck. |
