I agree. I think that they may have made the decision 1) that Chiswick isn't in one of the WLWA boroughs or 2) that you were a commercial tradesman (your car is too big (some sorts of cars too big) or the amount you brought was too much for a householder) However hopefully Cllr John Todd will be able to clarify. See what the LBH recycling guide says for garden waste to go in your current kerbside collection here: http://www.hounslow.gov.uk/recycling_guide_jul14.pdf The requirement for ID has increased and there are limits to amounts of some things and bans on others. So you do need to check websites. There is an increasing organisation of waste and requirement to separate to make sure that more is used as a resource. LBH has announced that it will be going onto fortnightly bin collections and charging for kerbside garden waste collections.
