| James, I agree with Richard above. Please take this up with Cllr John Todd. He has been very helpful in the past. BTW I am not suggesting that you fly-tip! However I can see why it can happen sometimes. Imagine planning a round trip in your car - spending the morning putting the seats down and filling the back of the car up with garden waste, then going to the Household Waste & Recycling Centre on the way to supermarket before picking up the kids from school.... and having that type of problem. Those sort of trips are the ones that people do nowadays. |
