At last - but a shame that England has made it so much more difficult than the rest of the UK. I think the supermarkets all sell their own reusable bags at a discounted price or you can - if you don't want to do their advertising for them - promote the charity of your choice. You can buy your own bag that will stand upright on its own and with padded handles that don't cut into your hands that you can reuse again and again.  So much easier and more comfortable.
