http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-34359775 Isn't it extraordinary that in our crowded city where people are desperate for land for low-cost housing, there can be a piece of land the size of a football pitch so remote that "Whoever set this up used a really remote spot - the only way to get there was a 20-minute walk through wasteland" where people can cultivate cannabis en masse before anybody noticed. I note that it is near Lower Marsh Lane, not far from AFC Wimbledon's current ground and only a little way south of Kingston town centre. |
