| Apparently, there is a severe shortage of benches in Hounslow.I asked for one to be put in our local park for the dogwalkers and have been waiting almost a year for it.John Todd finally had a word in Hounslows shell like and they finally agreed to install one.To date, the dog walkers are still standing.There are 2 benches in the childrens play area, exactly where they are not needed as there are only kids (playing on the swings etc) and young mums.Surely one bench would be enough, but us old farts have to stand (understandably, dogs are not allowed in the play area) so we can't use those benches. |
