| "..intimidated and scared by the men drinking outside the off license.." What did they actually do to the girls? I know that the corner off license sometimes has two or three slightly dodgy characters hanging around outside, drinking. I agree it's not very "W4" behaviour, but I've never actually seen them bother anyone. What did they do to these girls? Or what did the girls think they were going to do to them? Or were they simply terrified at the sight of them? What exactly is it you want stopped? |
