With people living longer plus many of those suffering declining health (mental and physical) rather than sudden death, the norm should become a revisiting of your will every 10 years, even if only to confirm, subject to nothing in the interim pushing for more immediate action being needed. My wife and I are going through our "ten year update" at present and it is amazing how circumstances and facts do change with the passage of time. |
