Oh, and I should have said, it seems, great fans of drama and publicity.  Maybe they have been watching too many episodes of The Bill past in between 'crises'?

I am sure they do a lot of good work and I am sure subsequent posters on here will regale us with examples but the corruption that has been proven with Hillsborough and many other events over the past few months, their parading of non-proven high profile 'criminals,' and now this diktat that the police should take advice from clairvoyants makes me wonder whether they are living in the same world as the rest of us.
