Topic: Recommendation for local vets

Just had an emergency visit to the vets, our dog suddenly whelmed with extreme pain on the doorstep going out for his evening walk, clutching his front paw.
Quick 5 mins of us checking; quick call to vets; quick car ride to Ealing. Dog seen, analysed with no broken bones but probably sprained wrist, pain relief given, within 30 mins.

I wouldn't like to say how long an extremely painful, but not broken, arm would take to be seen, with either NHS or private healthcare...
.
Thanks to Beth, at Youngs. Good to know some of the vets live ( or are housed) opposite the surgery HQ in Ealing, so genuinely on call, if anyone else has a local emergency. She was literally waiting on the doorstep when we ran up, with all the surgery facilities ready.
