Last weekend I bought a ribeye steak from Mackens, I asked them to cut it about 7cm thick, rubbed it with some olive oil and pepper and then barbecued for about four minutes each side. After that, put some salt on and let it rest. Once the juices came out I mixed it with a dash of olive oil to make a sauce and served with bread and salad. Very, very tasty. |
