I haven't brought a plastic carrier bag for years except for wet plants from garden centres and I use them for my tiny bit of residual instead of big black sacks. Haven't used a black sack for years. I use durable bags both big and smaller and always have the pocket size ones in my shoulder bag or pockets so I'm never without one. When I'm going out its phone, keys and bags. It's wonderful to be plastic bag free and the shopping fits so much better into the durables which can be put down on wet pavements. But what about Hounslows plans for doing the same as Ealing, posted yesterday but now on page 2. |
