There is a large middle class market in the East who would be priced out of Knightbridge/Chelsea/Kensington but who still seek an investment foothold in West London in particular, ie M25 access, Heathrow, etc.  An article in the newsletter this week highlighted how 'bog standard' properties in Chiswick were rising in price.
