Rick Stein states in the Sunday Times magazine that people who seek gluten free products are being neurotic, unless they are coeliacs; that there is no such thing as food sensitivities. Odd, because he said he's only come across a coeliac once a year on average, yet he runs a gluten free fish and chip restaurant. |
