BEWARE! I had an apt to view a property this morning with Kerr Estate Agents, they messed up the arrangements. No apology, just insisted I was 'wrong'. When I finally saw the property I asked how long the lease was and the status of the current tenants; they knew the answer to neither. I told them in no uncertain terms that they were useless. They went back to the office and posted an enquiry on right move about a property in Dulwich in my name and mobile number. In the last 30 mins I have received about 20 calls. Right Move have confirmed that the post came from Kerr Estate Agents. I am delighted that now I have substance to show the Ombudsman and I am quite amused. However, if you are selling DO NOT USE them.
