| "do we really need another 'Faith school' of whatever belief?" Given their generally excellent results the answer to that is probably 'yes'. I'm not religious but do believe giving children a good education is paramount so let's go with what works. However, this isn't actually a faith school as normally defined. The bottom line is that the population is growing and we need more schools. This inevitably means that in some cases green space has to be given over to buildings. In this particular instance the benefit is clearly better than the disbenefit. |
