sounds like he has been bitten by another cat and this usually results in an abcess and a trip to the vet you can try and wash it with using a cooled down solution of boiled water and salt and the keep an eye, or more likely 'a nose' on it by smelling it as an abcess will start to smell bad if you have to go the vet, they will give him antibiotics, usually a an injection and clean it necessary, but nothing to get too worried about |
