"You have to accept.there are many people on this world who hold the animal kingdom in either equal or higher regard to the human race..." Yes, that is true. I'm always bemused by people who say things like "Oh, that's what you think is it? So I suppose you would also agree with handcuffing and gagging of all children in restaurants? Would you do that to your own children? Hah, I thought not" and so on. We can't argue with those who confuse animals with humans, there's simply no logic. But I'm interested in those who feel that SOME animals are more "important". For example, I wonder if the previous poster would agree with a recreational fisherman being thrown to a pack of wild animals to be torn to pieces, as this is what she is recommending for this dentist hunter. I just don't get the difference and what's generating this wildly emotional response. |
