| Exactly... and if you actually telephone the parking services number there are numerous options but not one allows you to actually speak to a human being. I have gathered that the pin number they sent me to renew online last year is my personal pin number which can be used this year, however I didn't know that last year so didn't make a note of that number! Meanwhile Ealing Council are I'm sure raking it in through issuing parking tickets to folk who would not knowingly have parked without a valid permit. |
