|We recently signed up for a TV/Internet bundle package with a media company.|
Yesterday we received the bill and it was £35 per month higher than agreed in the contract. Apparently they have switched us onto a higher cost bundle package without notifying us.
Does anyone know if this breaches consumer rights legislation?
