| On Sunday 9th August Hunts Donkeys will be coming to Dukes Meadows to give free rides to children. This is one of the most popular of our Summer Fun events and always a lot of fun. We need volunteers to help lead donkeys between 11am and 1pm. You can volunteer for an hour or the whole session. If you'd like to help, but don't want to do donkey leading you can help with registering children or giving out and collecting in hats. Children over 14 can help with leading, with the permission of their parents. Volunteers are only responsible for leading the donkeys, the parents of children riding are responsible for their children.
