| Exactly my point, Maggie. Looks good on the cv if you work for the council when applying for a pay rise/better job to say you were in the 'winning team'. Alright, call me cynical. But otherwise why spend all that money on cosmetic 'improvements' that were not at all necessary just to win an award? |
