| Julian Pavey pointed out CDs and DVDs do not full under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the 14 day return cancellation period. .... While its true that the buyer can't cancel a purchase of CD's or DVD's by simply changing their mind, if something they buy is faulty, including CD's and DVD's then under the Sale of Goods Act they have a statutory right to return it and get their money back or be supplied with a replacement. Faulty being the operative word.
