| I work a lot with weight loss clients in my counselling and hypnotherapy practice and the issue I have with these type of treatments is that they may help reduce fat in the body in the short term, but they don't change the mind set of the person. This means that within 6 months to a year, the chances are the weight will be piling back on because whatever caused them to lead an unhealthy lifestyle in the first place still exists within them. |
