Hi everyone, I dropped my vile Nokia Lumia this morning and it is well and truly kaputt. EE want £103 to end the contract and another £21.99 for a new contract of 24 months for a Samsung Galaxy A3. I do have insurance on the phone and can claim but there is some kind of excess. Not sure what to do....don't really understand my options. Is it best to a) repair it and live with the remainder of the contract b) go with EE ne contract or c) try and buy an unlocked phone somewhere? Thanks - clueless of Ealing |
