Can anyone help me to understand if my theory about the weather is a possibility or am I going mental? Today it is supposed to be 25 degrees.  But I feel cold  inside my flat. I live in a very large block, part of which consists of 4 floors of flats built like 3 sides of a square with garden in the middle. There is quite a brisk wind out there, and if I open my windows, everything blows around.  It's like being in a wind tunnel and I am sure it is making the perceived temperature drop several degrees. Are there any weather experts in the forum who might have an opinion on this? P.S.  This happens quite frequently.
